4 bedrooms, 3.75 bathrooms (.75 bathroom has a toilet & shower) and sleeps 12. There are 4 queen size beds, a full size and a queen size hide a bed. There is a large kitchen and 2 oversized dining room tables with benches that can seat your family and other friends and family who might be staying in our other cabins or live in the area. Relax with the whole family at The Rustic Charm. This large unit has everything you need for a staycation or a vacation far from home. With its unique inside surroundings (a beautiful rock wall) you will be able to rest and relax during your stay. There is a living room and also a separate game room with a pool table, foosball, ping pong, and shuffleboard. On the back porch is a large Chess & Checkers set. The Rustic Charm is our 2nd Wedding Venue Reception area for smaller parties of around 40. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (contact Kathryn for package prices – 985-288-8037). You can follow the gravel road from TML up to the top – curve to the right – to find the gazebo, mountain view area and a bench swing that overlooks Pigeon Forge and the North Carolina mountains behind it. There is a community Pickleball Court and Firepit behind Tanner Manor Lodge. Go behind the cabin and you will see 2 gravel paths, take the one to the left that leads up to the Firepit. There is a hose there to put out the fire after it has been used. Behind TML there is also a grill and picnic tables. Picnic tables and bench swings are also located around TML for your use. The balcony outside of the front of The Rustic Charm is only for the guests of The Ranch. Everything else is shared by all guests. Behind TML there is a large area with a picnic table and a well house. On the other side of the well house is a big deck box with outside games (bocce ball, croquet and other games in the future) for your use. Just please put them back after you are finished using them. There is an EV charger at one of our cabins that is a short walk away. Be sure to bring your adapters if you have a Tesla, the connector is the J1772. Just let Kathryn know if you are going to need to use it while you are there so she can arrange it with the other guests. The space is NOT a separate cabin, it is a unit INSIDE of a large Lodge – Tanner Manor Lodge. There are 3 overnight units in the Lodge. NOTHING inside is shared, only outside things like the grill, firepit, etc.

You will be sent the code to the door prior to arrival. You have the entire downstairs unit to yourself.
animal policy
PET POLICY: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Any evidence of pets in or near the cabin will result in eviction and an additional $200 charge.
Rules & Information
Smoking is NOT allowed inside at all. Cigarettes smoked outside MUST be put out in a proper receptacle, NOT thrown on the ground and NOT thrown out into the woods. No drugs allowed on our property of any kind, not even marijuana – even if it is legal in your state. Read all directions on fridge including WiFi information, Check In & Check Out directions. Bring your own ice, there is not an icemaker. Lock your car doors on the off chance that a bear shows up and would like to go for a ride. They are able to open car doors.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to check-in, with a full refund. Cancellations are allowed between 30-60 days with a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. Weddings follow a separate policy.
