Your Mountaintop Wedding Awaits
The Vieux (pronounced ‘View’) is the complete package—a gorgeous wedding venue, amazing views, and overnight lodgings—the ideal all-inclusive* space to hold your nuptial celebrations. You can tie the knot at many options by the pavilion, in the outside chapel or directly in front of the mountain view, followed by an outdoor reception or retreat to the cabin for a cozy get-together. You cannot book online to have a wedding, it has to be booked through either Kathryn at 985-288-8037 or Mary Kate at 765-437-2524. NO 3RD PARTY WEDDING RESERVATIONS ALLOWED.

Packages start with at least a 2 night rental. Kathryn or Mary Kate can provide you with a list of packages to choose from, including a DIY Wedding Package. You can extend your celebrations to make the most of your special day or honeymoon on the property in a cozy cabin. You and your guests can indulge in the rugged beauty of the mountains, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and you’ll also find a small pavilion and outdoor chapel where you can hold an open-air ceremony framed by the mountains.
Located in Sevierville, Tennessee, next to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, The Vieux can sleep up to 20 guests. Six additional onsite cabins and 4 rental units inside of Tanner Manor Lodge can accommodate up to 46 additional guests for a total of 66 guests being able to stay on-site.
Facilities and Capacity:
The Vieux cabin can sleep up to 20. With high cathedral ceilings, real wood walls and a tall floor to ceiling stone woodburning fireplace in the main floor living room along with a TV set above the fireplace. The downstairs living room has an over-sized 85″ screen TV. On the upstairs level, there is a small arcade room and a shuffle board table. There is a large Game Room on the bottom floor with an official size pool table, foosball, ping pong table and a sit down arcade game. There are comfortable couches, a coffee table and giant Jenga and Connect 4 as well. There’s a Corn Hole game that can be set up outside on nice days or in the garage on rainy days. Soon there will be a Theater Room as well as an extra hang out place. You can hike on the property exploring everything around, BBQ on a charcoal grill or relax in the hot tub while enjoying the view. There’s a lot of seating around the balcony where you can relax at night with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset or sit outside in the morning with a cup of coffee marveling at the sunrise. Tables and chairs are set up outside too for outdoor eating. Inside, you will find 3 – 10×3 long, handmade, wooden tables in the dining room that will seat around 40-45 people.
There are 2 master bedrooms on the main floor (1 does share a bathroom that opens up to the living room), both have King size beds and TVs. There’s also a hide a bed on the main floor in the living room if needed. Upstairs is a master bed and bath with both Queen size and Full size bunkbeds. Downstairs is a King size bedroom with a TV, and a Queen size bunkbed room. These 2 bedrooms share an inside full bathroom and a split, but full bathroom in the garage.
In the kitchen, you will find an stove/oven, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher and a Keurig Duo (for regular coffee or K-cups), toaster, griddle, blender, microwave, hand-mixer, pots and pans and everything else you will need for your stay – including coffee, sugar, some spices and more. Downstairs you will find an extra stove/oven for larger groups and wedding parties if more than 1 is needed.
Additional pluses are that it’s only 8 minutes to The Parkway,10 minutes to The Island and Gatlinburg is only about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
On rare occasions, something happens before or during a trip that prevents you from taking or completing the trip. We do not offer a refund on these occasions, however, we DO highly recommend that you look into purchasing Travel Insurance. Safely Insurance offers a Travel Insurance that can be purchased by you. You will be sent the code to the door prior to arrival. You have the entire cabin to yourself.
animal policy
PET POLICY: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Any evidence of pets in or near the cabin will result in eviction and an additional $200 charge.
Rules & Information
Smoking is NOT allowed inside at all. Cigarettes smoked outside MUST be put out in a proper receptacle, NOT thrown on the ground and NOT thrown out into the woods. No drugs allowed on our property of any kind, not even marijuana – even if it is legal in your state. Read all directions on fridge including WiFi information, Check In & Check Out directions. Bring your own ice, there is not an icemaker. Lock your car doors on the off chance that a bear shows up and would like to go for a ride. They are able to open car doors.
Cancellation Policy
WEDDING CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a minimum of $2,000 non-refundable deposit as downpayment and retainer to reserve your dates!
The remaining balance can be split into monthly or quarterly payments, with the balance paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the date of the Wedding.
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if the client must cancel, 50% of the remaining balance (minus the deposit) can be refund if 120-90 days before the check-in date. No refund if within 90 days before the check-in date.
