This beautiful oversized studio located inside of Tanner Manor Lodge (TML) boasts a king size bed, couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation including a Keurig Duo. Even though it’s a studio, it’s large enough to not be crowded. The view from the large windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).You can follow the gravel road from TML up to the top – curve to the right – to find the gazebo, mountain view area and a bench swing that overlooks Pigeon Forge and the mountains behind it. There is a community Firepit behind Tanner Manor Lodge. Go behind the cabin and you will see 2 gravel paths, take the one to the left that leads up to the Firepit. There is a hose there to put out the fire after it has been used. Behind TML there is also a grill and picnic tables. Picnic tables and bench swings are also located around TML for your use. The balcony outside of the front of The Ranch is only for the guests of The Ranch. Everything else is shared by all guests. Behind TML there is a large area with a picnic table and a well house. On the other side of the well house is a big deck box with outside games (bocce ball, croquet and other games in the future) for your use. Just please put them back after you are finished using them. There is an EV charger at one of our cabins that is a short walk away. Be sure to bring your adapters if you have a Tesla, the connector is the J1772. Just let Kathryn know if you are going to need to use it while you are there so she can arrange it with the other guests. The space is NOT a separate cabin, it is a unit INSIDE of a large Lodge – Tanner Manor Lodge. There are 4 overnight units in the Lodge. We have a washer & dryer, but NOT in the unit (there was not other choice on the Amenities list). It’s outside of Tanner Manor Lodge that will be available for all of our guests who don’t have their own washers and dryers in their cabins. If there are clothes in the washer or dryer when you come to use it, please contact whoever’s name is on the dry erase board. There are bench swings around Tanner Manor Lodge, a grill behind it and oversized chess and checkers on the back porch. Feel free to hang out and play while you are waiting on your laundry to be done.

You will be sent the code to the door prior to arrival. You will have the entire studio to yourself. It is located inside a large cabin, but has it’s own personal door to the studio.

NO SMOKING or VAPING OF ANYTHING IS ALLOWED INSIDE: Follow the rules posted for each property in regards to smoking. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in eviction and a $200 charge to your credit card on file. Cigarettes smoked outside MUST be put out in a proper receptacle, NOT thrown on the ground and NOT thrown out into the woods. No drugs of any kind are allowed in our unit, even if it is legal in your home state, not even marijuana. Any evidence of drugs will result in a $200 fine and eviction from the property.

Read all directions on fridge including WiFi information, Check In & Check Out directions. Bring your own ice, there is not an icemaker. Make sure to lock your vehicles at night and it’s recommended to not leave food in them overnight. Although it’s never happened on our properties, you can never be too careful and we are not responsible for your vehicles while they are on our property. Due to bears, skunks, raccoons, squirrels and other outside animals that like to go through trash, trash can NOT be left outside. They are able to open car doors.

Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to check-in, with a full refund. Cancellations are allowed between 30-60 days with a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
