Lookout Point is our latest cabin to become a Short Term Rental. It is studio style downstairs with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and queen size bed. While upstairs in the loft is another queen size bed. This cabin boasts a large picture window looking directly out to the mountains – this is also seen from the back balcony. While you have your own private bench swing outside of Lookout Point, there is also a bench swing across from the cabin with a beautiful view of Pigeon Forge and the mountains, a charcoal grill and picnic tables. On the property, behind Tanner Manor Lodge (cabin #1231) there is a trail that leads to a community Firepit (bring your own wood) and there’s a hose there to put it out after using it. There is an EV charger at one of our cabins, The Vieux, that is a short walk away. Be sure to bring your adapters if you have a Tesla, the connector is the J1772. Just let Kathryn know if you are going to need to use it while you are there so she can arrange it with the other guests. We have a washer & dryer, but NOT in the unit (there was not other choice on the Amenities list) outside of Tanner Manor Lodge that will be available for all of our guests who don’t have their own washers and dryers in their cabins. If there are clothes in the washer or dryer when you come to use it, please contact whoever’s name is on the dry erase board. There are bench swings around Tanner Manor Lodge, a grill behind it and oversized chess and checkers on the back porch. Feel free to hang out and play while you are waiting on your laundry to be done.

You will be sent the code to the door prior to arrival. You have the entire cabin to yourself.
animal policy
PET POLICY: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Any evidence of pets in or near the cabin will result in eviction and an additional $200 charge.
Rules & Information
Smoking is NOT allowed inside at all. Cigarettes smoked outside MUST be put out in a proper receptacle, NOT thrown on the ground and NOT thrown out into the woods. No drugs allowed on our property of any kind, not even marijuana – even if it is legal in your state. Read all directions on fridge including WiFi information, Check In & Check Out directions. Bring your own ice, there is not an icemaker. Lock your car doors on the off chance that a bear shows up and would like to go for a ride. They are able to open car doors.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to check-in, with a full refund. Cancellations are allowed between 30-60 days with a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
