This beautiful, spacious condo boasts 2 master bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms (1 king size and 1 queen size). The floors throughout have been redone with porcelain plank tiles. The entire condo has been updated and repainted along with a new kitchen, back splash and bathroom cabinets. The living room has wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door opening onto a full-length balcony. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling, wall to wall, windows with a breathtaking, un-obstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is the largest 2 bedroom model in the complex. It has a full kitchen, 2 master bedrooms, a dining table with 4 chairs, a hide a bed for 2 to sleep on, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens and towels. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. To get to the beach you just go downstairs and over the boardwalk, no need to walk across a street. The entire unit has been painted (including ceilings, doors, trim and baseboards) to make it look brighter and fresher. You won’t be disappointed!

You will have the entire condo to yourself. There is a key pad on the door. There is a $40 + tax parking fee that guests will need to purchase upon arrival for their vehicle at the office on the ground floor. There’s only 1 car allowed to be parked per condo, however, sometimes people have been able to get a 2nd paking permit. We are not responsible for vehicles parked at the condo.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Any evidence of pets in or near the rental will result in eviction and an additional $200 charge.
Rules & Information
NO SMOKING or VAPING OF ANYTHING IS ALLOWED INSIDE: No smoking allowed on the balcony or inside. Designated smoking areas downstairs. Security will be sent if it is seen and after 1 warning, they will ask you to leave. Cigarettes smoked outside MUST be done in a designated smoking area downstairs and be put out in a proper receptacle, NOT thrown on the ground. Follow the rules posted for each property in regards to smoking. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in eviction and a $200 charge to your credit card on file. No drugs of any kind are allowed in our unit, even if it is legal in your home state, not even marijuana. Any evidence of drugs will result in a $200 fine and eviction from the property.
Door to the balcony needs to be kept shut at all times to keep the A/C regulated correctly. Read all directions on fridge including WiFi information, Check In & Check Out directions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to check-in, with a full refund. Cancellations are allowed between 30-60 days with a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
